Craft Properties Holdings is pleased to announce major developments across our investment portfolio:
EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE – KADOMA, ZIMBABWE
Construction of Wonder World Early Learning Centre, Wisdom Crest Academy Primary School, and Wisdom Crest Academy High School is currently underway. All schools are 100% owned by Craft Properties Holdings and are being developed to international education standards for our Kadoma community.
HOSPITALITY & TOURISM – FOCUS GUEST LODGE, KADOMA
Craft Properties Holdings is also developing Focus Guest Lodge. Phase 1 with 9 rooms is now complete and ready for use. Phase 2 planning is underway and will include a Conference Centre, Kitchen, and Dining Facilities. The lodge is fully owned by Craft Properties Holdings.
SECURITY SERVICES
Our sister company, Never Sleep Security, is ready to operate and will provide 24/7 security services within Kadoma and across Zimbabwe.
REGIONAL EXPANSION – NAMIBIA & ZAMBIA
Craft Properties Holdings has a registered real estate company in Namibia: Craft Properties Namibia Pty Limited.
Following this, Craft Properties Zambia Limited will open its offices in Lusaka, Zambia in June 2026. This marks our regional offices and a major step in our international growth strategy.
